As a graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy, Michael A. Rosenblatt spent several years working aboard seagoing vessels in the commercial maritime industry, eventually acquiring a First Engineer’s License from the United States Coast Guard. After completing law school, Michael earned a Master of Laws degree from the University of Tulane, focusing on the practice of Admiralty law and spent five years practicing strictly in the admiralty firm. Mr. Rosenblatt is well versed in the law regarding injuries at sea or at shore side facilities, vessel collisions, cargo damage, salvage, and other claims which arise from the operation of commercial shipping vessels on international and domestic waterways.
